Deckers Brands in Mooresville, IN is seeking a Seasonal Distribution Lead to oversee daily productivity in the distribution department, assign tasks, monitor incoming waves, and ensure staffing aligns with shift production goals.

You will coach associates, verify processes for accuracy, and communicate issues to Leads and Management using clear written and verbal English. RF scanner operation and lifting up to 50 lbs are required, with cross-training as needed.

Seasonal Distribution Lead supporting DecantReports to: Department SupervisorLocation: Mooresville **The Role**The purpose of a Distribution Lead is to oversee the daily productivity of the assigned department. This position will be responsible for the daily and/or hourly delegation of tasking associates, pulling and reading reports regarding incoming waves, ensuring the department headcount is sufficient to properly complete the estimated production for the shift, tracking associate performance, and properly communicate any issues to other Leads or Management. A department Lead is responsible for productivity tasks and to keep a steady work flow within the department and dependent Fulfillment departments. It is expected that a Department Lead show exemplary patience when issues occur and be comfortable in providing crucial conversations and coaching associates regarding productivity or behavior issues as needed. It is expected that a Department Lead demonstrates a professional demeanor and treats associates with fairness.
