Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor in Thousand Oaks, CA to lead safety, production and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse. You will train and develop staff, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to policies while driving efficiency and accuracy.

The role requires strong communication, ability to lift 70 lbs, and flexibility to work shifts, with a preferred Bachelor's degree and management experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred; management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
