Responsibilities

• Wash and distribute dishes, cookware, and utensils.
• Sort plate ware, glassware, and flatware in the dish room.
• Maintain sanitation levels and equipment per Health Department standards.
• Open/close duties with checklists and manager sign-off.
• Support kitchen staff to ensure all duties are completed.
