The role involves washing pots and pans, sorting and stacking dishes, and ensuring the dishwashing area remains clean, safe, and compliant with standards; flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Education or Equivalent is Required.
• Ability to read and comprehend labels on chemicals.
• Experience working in a commercial kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glasses, and utensils and place them in racks for the dish machine.
• Carry clean dishes to cook line and storage areas; rewash soiled items as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary dishwashing area and equipment.
• Set up or break down the dishwashing area and report any equipment issues.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
