Job Summary

This seasonal position provides first-level supervision of food, beverage, and meal services, overseeing production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality, well-presented food and beverages are served promptly.
• Review menu and production needs to manage daily operations.
• Monitor staff to ensure proper use of systems, protocols, and quality assurance tools.
• Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction.
• Communicate regularly with staff both formally and informally.
• Enforce safety standards among employees.
• Ensure sanitation standards are maintained daily and approve cleaning procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
