• Completes additional assignments as deemed necessary by supervisor.
• Keeps work area clean and sanitary; leaves work area clean at the end of the shift.
• Maintains salad bar and dessert area in cafeteria.
• Rings up purchases on the cash register and balances register at the end of each shift.
• Obeys safety rules and regulations.
• Controls food waste by careful estimation of amounts to prepare.
• Completes tasks in a calm and organized manner.
