Seasonal Delivery Merchandiser Specialist

• Work Schedule: 45 hours per week; includes weekends and holidays (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday)

Delivery Merchandiser Specialists are essential to our success at FritoLay! They are responsible for delivering and merchandising FritoLay's full product line at local stores. This role can serve as a stepping stone for career growth within our company or PepsiCo. Key tasks include:

• Delivering products to assigned stores
• Checking in orders with store receivers
• Delivering carts in the correct sequence from dead stack deliveries
• Returning empty carts and cardboard from stores
• Managing sorting and bundling of cardboard at the FritoLay facility
• Sorting and filing proof-of-delivery and reconciliation paperwork
• Merchandising tasks such as safely stocking products and rotating shelved items

Our operations run 24/7, so shifts may vary. This is a physical role requiring you to be on your feet for the entire shift. Minimum qualifications include:

• Age 18 or older
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance; ability to obtain additional licenses if required
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products repeatedly (15-40 pounds)

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous merchandising experience
• Experience with iPhone/iPad
• Ability to inspire teamwork within and across departments
