Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Delivery Support Associate to assist with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronic devices at customers' homes, supporting team members and performing integration tasks as needed.

The role emphasizes providing a seamless client experience, working solo or with a partner, and maintaining inventory and vehicle readiness during a busy holiday season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds as a team with assistive tools (harness, dolly, lift).

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance installation.
• Ensure installed appliances are damage-free, accurately installed and fully functioning.
• Provide a seamless client experience by advising on product placement and recommendations.
• Work independently or as part of a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance in partnership with other Agents.
• Process paperwork and payments.
