Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Delivery Driver to transport HoneyBaked products from hub stores to Pop-Up Retail locations in the local area. Flexible scheduling helps you work around school, family, or other commitments, with a casual, team-oriented environment during the holiday season.

You’ll be responsible for safe vehicle operation, product handling, and accurate delivery manifests, with emphasis on food safety and compliance with DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely operate a 14–26 ft refrigerated truck for local deliveries.
• Valid driver's license and DOT medical card required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment DOT drug screen, MVR check, and DOT background.
• CDL not required; minimum age 21.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at HUB store to get product for Pop-Up Retail locations.
• Complete Truck Assessment checklist at the beginning of each delivery day prior to leaving hub store.
• Ensure that products are secured in the truck using straps or loading bars.
• Safely transport products to Pop-Up Retail locations.
• Place product on the reassembled flatbed cart to be taken into the location.
• Take expired product and place in empty boxes and return to home store.
• Complete the delivery manifest checklist, ensuring that all product is accounted for and delivered accurately, as well as returned to store when needed.
• Complete temp logs to ensure product food safety standards are met.
