Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company LLC is seeking a Seasonal Delivery Driver to transport HoneyBaked products from our hub store to Pop-Up Retail locations in grocery stores and malls in the local area, with flexible hours to accommodate holidays and personal schedules.

Responsibilities include safely operating a refrigerated truck (14–26 ft), verifying product, completing delivery manifests and temp logs, and handling heavy items up to 65 pounds. CDL not required; 21+ years old; DOT checks apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate a 14 ft. to 26 ft. refrigerated truck for local deliveries.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and DOT medical card.
• Ability to pass pre-employment DOT drug screen, MVR check and background.
• Knowledge of current DOT requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• CDL not required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at HUB store to get product for Pop-Up Retail locations.
• Complete Truck Assessment checklist at the beginning of each delivery day prior to leaving hub store.
• Secure products in the truck using straps or loading bars.
• Safely transport products to Pop-Up Retail locations.
• Place product on the reassembled flatbed cart for location delivery.
• Handle expired product and return to home store.
• Complete the delivery manifest checklist and ensure accuracy of deliveries and returns.
• Complete temp logs to meet food safety standards.
