Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking seasonal team members to support our Grocery, Guest Service (Front End), Early Morning Production or Produce departments, and counter roles in Deli, Bakery, or Meat & Seafood.

You will provide extraordinary guest service, help guests create meal solutions, merchandise and stock, weigh and scan items, handle cash, and assist with housekeeping. Roles involve lifting up to 50 pounds and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• A passion for providing extraordinary service.
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to work in multiple departments and assist guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and engage with guests to meet needs.
• Merchandise and stock products and assist nearby guests.
• Weigh and scan products, handle cash, and provide change when needed.
• Greet guests, maintain professional appearance, and assist across departments.
• Assist with department tasks including deli, bakery, meat, and seafood as needed.
