The Michaels Companies Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a Material Handler to coordinate daily work volume and staffing to meet production, quality, and safety objectives.

You will work with supervisors to allocate tasks, monitor progress, and help maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment. Ideal candidates have prior material handling experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related systems.
• Understanding of warehouse processes and safety policies.

• Communicate with Coach and Operations Manager to ensure targets are met.
• Assist with safety compliance and housekeeping of the work area.
