Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to type at least 50 WPM accurately.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and data entry tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in or able to commute to Carson, CA — this is a fully onsite, seasonal role.

Responsibilities

• Process written customer orders accurately into our system, meeting daily throughput and quality targets.
• Answer incoming customer calls to capture and confirm order information clearly and professionally.
• Catch and flag order discrepancies early so they can be resolved before they affect fulfillment.
• Keep your supervisor informed of any volume spikes, errors, or issues that need a second set of eyes.
• Build familiarity with our order systems and processes, applying feedback to get faster and more accurate over time.
