Job summary

National Beef Kansas City Steak is hiring Seasonal Customer Support Specialists for an on-site role at our Northland office (MCI airport area). You will assist customers via phone, email, chat and social media, processing orders and resolving issues through a friendly, patient approach.

Roles are temporary, with start now and end of year. Base pay is $18.00 per hour, plus a weekly attendance bonus of $2.00/hour and an end-of-season bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or call center environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Successful background check required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inbound calls, quickly and efficiently.
• Place holiday orders and provide customer resolutions.
• Deliver an optimal customer experience with single contact resolution.

The Kansas City Steak, a National Beef Company, is hiring friendly professionals for Seasonal Customer Support Specialist positions. If you are a \"people person,\" we want to talk to you! Multiple full-time and part-time, day shift Customer Support Specialist positions are now available at our inbound call center.

What will you do? Help people check off their holiday list as you provide web site support, process customer orders, and help to resolve customer service issues through phone, e-mail, chat, and social media platforms by offering solutions while remaining composed and objective.

Seasonal Customer Support Specialists will receive a base pay rate of $18.00 per hour

• Weekly Perfect Attendance Bonus of an additional $2.00 per hour
• End of season Perfect Attendance bonus!

Call center experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Seasonal Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Handle high volume inbound calls, quickly and efficiently
• Inbound calls include placing holiday orders for customers and providing customer resolutions
• Providing customer an optimal experience to ensure single contact resolution on service matters
• Assist with order issues and resolve in a quick, efficient manner while delivering exemplary service
• Provide customers with assistance regarding product questions and ordering help
• Other duties as assigned

This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

Qualified Candidates for the Seasonal Customer Support Specialist position should possess the following:

• Computer Knowledge/E-commerce savvy
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule including some weekends and holidays. Possible overtime during December peak season
• Strong desire and passion to help and serve others
• High level of confidence, enthusiasm and a positive attitude, especially during stressful interactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to provide order support, solutions & additional product information
• Ability to build relationships with customers and co-workers

Qualified candidates for this position will be required to successfully complete the background check.

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
