Answer inbound customer calls in a courteous and professional manner
Accurately gather information regarding HVAC, plumbing, or electrical service needs
Dispatch emergency service calls to on-call technicians as needed
Provide updates and ETA information to customers
Document all interactions in our CRM or scheduling system
Follow company protocols for escalations and after-hours procedures
Assist with scheduling and rescheduling appointments when required
Communicate clearly and effectively with both customers and team members
Prior customer service experience (home services industry a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with basic computer systems and customer management tools
Must be available to work evenings and weekends (specific shifts to be discussed)
Reliable internet connection and quiet home office setup
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical service scheduling
Familiarity with service software like ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Flexibility required to cover gaps and high-volume periods during the season
