Job summary

AVI Foodsystems, Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI, seeks a friendly and hardworking Seasonal Customer Service Attendant for the 2nd shift (Sunday through Thursday).

This role focuses on delivering excellent hospitality, stocking and maintaining vending and micro-market items, and promoting products at client locations. Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, restocking machines, handling cash, and ensuring cleanliness and proper refrigeration.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with the skills to promote products.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to speak effectively to customers and employees.
• Ability to perform calculations in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Receive delivery of items at client locations and stock accordingly.
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels with items such as soft drinks and snacks.
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers.
• Ensure refrigerations of all cold food products.
• Oversee ordering of merchandise and control inventory.
• Maintain clean and sanitary machines and vending areas.
