Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly and hardworking team member to fill the role of Customer Service Attendant. This is a seasonal position only. The company provides vocational support and a focus on service excellence across client locations in the United States.

Responsibilities include stocking vending machines, handling cash, and maintaining clean, well-organized vending areas while ensuring products are refrigerated and fresh. A positive, customer-focused demeanor is essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive delivery of items at client locations.
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels.
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers.
• Ensure refrigeration of all cold food products.
• Oversee ordering of merchandise and control inventory.
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise.
• Collect money from machines.
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling.
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines.
• Maintain clean vending areas.

• Receive delivery of items such as soft drinks, bakery products, snack items and specialty foods at client locations
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels with items such as soft drinks, pastries and packaged foods
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines
