Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly team member for the seasonal position of Customer Service Merchandising Attendant at Muhlenberg Township, PA. You'll work at one location and assist with stocking, vending machine maintenance, and customer service duties.

Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, ensuring product freshness, handling cash from machines, and maintaining clean vending areas.

• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels with items like drinks and pastries.
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers.
• Ensure refrigeration of all cold food products.
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory.
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise and cash from machines.
• Communicate positively with customers by eye contact and smiling.
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines.
• Maintain clean vending areas.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Merchandising Attendant. This is a seasonal position only that will be working at one location in the Muhlenberg Township, PA area.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive delivery of items such as soft drinks, bakery products, snack items and specialty foods at client locations
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels with items such as soft drinks, pastries and packaged foods
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines
• Maintain clean vending areas
