Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a friendly Customer Service Merchandising Attendant for a seasonal position at one location in the New Stanton, PA area. You will manage deliveries, stock shelves, and maintain vending machine inventory and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, able to work independently or with a team, and comfortable interacting with customers and coworkers. The role offers meals and snacks as part of the benefits and opportunities for training and growth.

Responsibilities

• Receive delivery of items at client locations.
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels.
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers.
• Ensure refrigeration of all cold food products.
• Oversee ordering of merchandise and control inventory.
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise.
• Collect money from machines.
• Communicate positively with customers by eye contact and smiles.
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines.
• Maintain clean vending areas.

AVI Foodsystems is looking for a friendly and hard-working team member to fill the role of Customer Service Merchandising Attendant. This is a seasonal position only that will be working at one location in the New Stanton, PA area.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive delivery of items such as soft drinks, bakery products, snack items and specialty foods at client locations
• Fill vending machines to proper inventory levels with items such as soft drinks, pastries and packaged foods
• Place stock on shelves or racks in vending machines or coolers
• Ensure the refrigeration of all cold food products
• Oversee the ordering of merchandise and control inventory
• Collect unsold and stale merchandise
• Collect money, including coins and bills, from machines
• Communicate positively with customers by making eye contact and smiling
• Perform routine maintenance and sanitation of machines
• Maintain clean vending areas
