Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative at the Sky Harbor Airport Rental Car Center to deliver friendly, efficient service and guide customers through the rental process. The role requires meeting customers, explaining terms and features, and offering additional services.

Shifts are scheduled across a 40-hour workweek with a seasonal period starting in October 2026 and lasting up to 180 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience within the last 5 years.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents within the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record in the last 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Seasonal position lasting no more than 180 days starting October 2026.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Provide superior customer service by explaining rental terms and options.
• Suggest optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other equipment.
• Assist customers with directions, maps, and local information.
• Handle reservations, rate quotes, and general inquiries by phone or in person.
• Assist to assess vehicle condition upon return and coordinate with management as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, and perform backup duties as assigned.

The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative (CXR). The Seasonal Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience.

The position is a Seasonal position (40 hours per week) - Position pays $20 / hour

This position is located at Sky Harbor AirportRental Car Center

Schedule:

Tuesday - Saturday 9:30am-6:00pm

Sunday - Thursday 9:30am-6:00pm

Sunday - Thursday 1:30-10:00pm

Tuesday - Saturday 1:30pm-10:00pm

Friday - Monday 1:00pm-12:00am

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
• Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services
• Use Company approved sales and service techniques to determine customer needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment
• Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information
• Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors
• Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
• Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
• Notify Management of any known customer problems
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
• Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training
• Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
