Job summary

Patagonia is hiring a Seasonal Customer Experience Guide for our Chicago Fulton store. You will engage customers, learn product knowledge, and support core teams during peak seasons with a focus on front-line retail tasks and mission-driven service.

You will contribute to maintaining inventory flow, stocking, and visual standards while upholding the brand’s environmental ethos and community engagement. Weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and the ability to assist customers effectively.
• Problem solving approach with a courteous, proactive attitude.
• Clear communication with team members and leadership; able to take constructive feedback.

Responsibilities
