Carter’s is hiring a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, help them explore baby essentials, and support their shopping journey from greeting to checkout.

In a fast-paced retail setting, you will resolve issues, handle omnichannel needs, and keep shelves stocked while explaining promotions and loyalty programs. This role offers schedule flexibility and a brand-friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Prior customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Positive, solutions-oriented attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve customer issues in a busy store.
• Support omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and process point-of-sale transactions accurately.
• Complete floor replenishment and assist with shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit.
• Minimize store loss by delivering excellent service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
