Job summary

Belk is seeking seasonal team members to support Sales, Support, Fragrances, Store Fulfillment, and more. You will help deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and assist with store operations to create a positive shopping experience for every customer.

As a Seasonal team member, you may assist on the sales floor, handle transactions, or support behind-the-scenes processes while contributing to store goals and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate dedication to customer service and store objectives.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates.
• Comfortable with technology, including mobile devices and Windows-based systems.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers to create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Process transactions accurately and handle inquiries, returns, and concerns with care.
• Support store operations such as store fulfillment, curbside pickup, pricing, and merchandising.
• Maintain attractive selling areas, signage, fitting rooms, and stock through daily recovery.
• Stay informed on products, promotions, policies, and store events to give accurate information.
• Contribute to a positive store culture by sharing knowledge and recognizing team achievements.
• Follow asset protection procedures and safety guidelines to minimize risk.
