Job summary

The Paper Store in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver world class service and help achieve sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will greet customers, explain product features, process transactions at the POS, stock shelves, and maintain merchandising standards while upholding TPS guidelines. Some locations may offer ear piercing services following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in specialty retail is preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask while assisting customers.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Team player with professional conduct and attire.

Responsibilities

• Act as TPS Champion by delivering World Class Service.
• Greet and welcome every customer warmly and enthusiastically.
• Understand customer needs by asking open-ended questions.
• Explain product features and benefits in relation to customer needs by providing in-depth product knowledge.
• Suggest additional items to build onto sales by utilizing effective selling techniques.
• Process transactions at the POS and maintain stock/merchandising.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards, following guidelines.
• After training, perform ear piercings and provide a safe, sanitary experience where allowed.
