Description

As a Seasonal Customer Care Representative, you will play an essential role in empowering our customers to take their medications and achieve better overall wellness.

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from home. It requires a variable schedule that may start and end outside normal business hours. The role is 40 hours per week, with potential for additional or fewer hours based on business needs. Although this is a seasonal position, there may be an opportunity to convert to a permanent role with Amazon depending on business requirements.

Key job responsibilities
  • Assist customers and advisors via phone, email, and web with billing, insurance verification, product, or service questions.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
  • Proactively anticipate customer questions and provide solutions.
  • Resolve issues from start to finish or collaborate with pharmacists and pharmacy staff for clinical advisement.
  • Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Address inquiries regarding insurance, copays, and shipping.
  • Provide technical support for navigating pharmacy.amazon.com.
  • Serve customers promptly to maximize relationship value.
  • View each interaction as an opportunity to build a long-term relationship.
  • Maintain customer privacy and safety in accordance with company policies.
Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of experience with computer and web-based tools.
  • Ability to multitask with phone and computer skills.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Over 1 year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in a customer service or call center setting.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
