Job summary

Carter’s is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will greet customers, explain product benefits, and help with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, restocking, and promoting promotions and loyalty programs while maintaining store cleanliness and security in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Ability to balance multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, solution-oriented approach to customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues proactively in a busy retail setting.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions at the POS/register.
• Perform floor replenishment and assist with shipments as needed.
• Promote current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit.
• Help minimize store loss by delivering excellent service and keeping the store clean and safe.
