Qualifications

• At least 1 year of back-of-house food service experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes.
• Basic math skills for recipe measurements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to meet portion sizes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Keep workstation, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and stocked.
• Record waste on spoilage sheet and follow waste guidelines.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties and end-of-day inventory.
