The Cook ensures a consistent, high quality product is produced during all meal times. Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved. Areas of responsibility include food preparation for up to 300 guests. May include preparation for banquets, buffet or table dining, boxed/pack‑out, school and employee cafeteria meals. Primarily scheduled for the summer season.
High school diploma or GED required. Cooking experience in a high volume kitchen preferred.
