Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, civil engineering, or surveying.
• Ability to interpret plans and specifications with attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication to relay requirements.
• Proven problem-solving skills and teamwork.
• Physical ability to maneuver sites and lift 50 pounds.
• Driver's license with clean record and insurance.
• Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel; Adobe/Bluebeam).

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction sites and document progress accurately.
