CulinArt is hiring for seasonal FOOD SERVICE CONCESSION positions at the Bridgehampton Tennis & Surf Club in Bridgehampton, NY. The role involves selling concessions, serving customers, and handling cash with accuracy, in a fast-paced events environment.

Experience is not required; training will be provided. The schedule is seasonal, with hours from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Sunday, and a fixed pay rate of $20.00 per hour to start.

Qualifications

• Sells concessions, including soft drinks and various food items.
• Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner following outlined steps of service.
• Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Performs sales transactions and records purchases.
• Follows cash handling procedures and manages cash drawer accurately.
• Maintains cleanliness of concession area and adheres to sanitation and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Sells concessions, including soft drinks and various food items, to customers at events.

• Performs sales transactions in a reasonable and timely fashion and records sales.
• Ensures cash handling procedures are followed and cash drawer is compliant.
