Job Description

The Cocktail Server will attend to lounge guests and take food and beverage orders with a warm, engaging service style to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule: Varied. This is a seasonal position lasting until October 2025.

Rate of Pay: Minimum Wage plus tips.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the full menu, wine, and spirits.
• Ability to lift trays.
• Accountability for cash handling.
• Organized, able to work under pressure in a busy environment.
• Previous server experience, preferably in high-volume and fine dining settings (highly desirable).
