Job summary
Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Client Service Associate in Alabama to welcome clients, start the intake process, and manage tax documents. You’ll perform data entry, schedule appointments, answer phones, and keep clients informed during wait times, delivering an exceptional experience.
No previous tax experience is required—all training is PAID, with flexible scheduling and a path to advanced roles. This seasonal role offers growth opportunities across the network.
