Job summary

Sephora in Salt Lake City is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You’ll help keep the store stocked, visually ready, and aligned with Sephora’s brand standards.

The role requires flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a pay range of $18.00–$20.50 per hour. Location is 50 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, UT. This is an hourly, non-exempt, flexible position.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
