Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Associate at our Orem, UT store to deliver outstanding client experiences and support store operations during peak times. The role requires flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

You will help maintain a visually ready store, assist with merchandising, and uphold Sephora standards. Ideal candidates have retail or client-focused experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication.

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You'll create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
