Job summary

Argosy Cruises seeks a seasonal, part‑time Deckhand/Bartender to support the Christmas Ship program in Seattle. You will serve drinks, help with onboard duties, and ensure guest satisfaction in a festive, fast-paced setting.

Training occurs early November with multiple mandatory shifts; shifts run 8–12 hours and include weekends and holidays. Prior hospitality experience is welcome; full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must pass a post-offer background check.
• Must obtain Washington State Alcohol Server Training permit and Washington State Food Worker Permit within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests holiday drinks and treats from the onboard bar.
• Move and set up boarding ramps at various docking locations.
• Provide top‑notch customer service and engage with guests.
• Assist in operating the vessel safely and follow Coast Guard regulations.
