Job summary

Brite Nites in Charlotte, NC seeks seasonal Christmas Lighting Installers to build and install holiday lighting on homes and commercial buildings. You will work on ladders up to 32 ft, in two-person crews, with training provided.

This seasonal, full-time role runs roughly 3–4 months with biweekly pay and housing assistance for out-of-area candidates. Prior experience not required; reliable, able to work in cold and adverse weather is key.

Qualifications

• Experience with self-propelled outdoor work (landscaping, roofing, painting, construction, etc.).
• Comfortable at heights and in changing weather conditions.
• Reliable and self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Install Christmas lighting on homes and commercial buildings.
• Work on ladders up to 32 ft, roofs and occasional trees or cherry pickers.
• Hang, clip, and staple light strands along rooflines, trees, and structures.
• Work in 2-person crews serving residential clients.
• Potential takedown work through January/February.
