Job summary

Ghirardelli in Chicago is seeking Seasonal Chocolatiers to join our Retail Hourly team. You will merchandise, stock, and deliver exceptional guest service while selling our premium chocolate line.

The role requires high energy, reliability, and the ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends. Starting pay is $17.05 per hour plus tips, with holiday pay and a 50% employee discount on products.

Qualifications

• Basic math and numeracy for cash handling and POS transactions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with guests and team members.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high energy and courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and assist guests with product questions.
• Perform cashiering duties and process transactions accurately.
• Stock, pre-pack, and merchandise retail items according to guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across front of house and fountain areas.
• Assist with prep, candy making, and fountain operations as needed.
