Läderach, the Swiss chocolate maker, is seeking a Seasonal Store Associate for part-time work at our Boca Raton shop. You will be a brand ambassador, delivering a wonderful shopping experience and supporting sales in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes shipment management, product sales, in-store merchandising, and adherence to food safety protocols. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail, are reliable, friendly, and passionate about chocolate.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively.
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs.
• Quality-minded with keen attention to detail.
• Passionate about chocolate.

Responsibilities

• You will deliver an outstanding customer experience and support the in-house team.
• You will ensure production goals are met, including product finishing projects.
• You will execute product sales and register duties, including shop and shelf care, gift packaging and in-shop order fulfillment.
• You will assist store sales goals through helpful recommendations.
• You will help achieve in-store compliance and loss prevention standards.
• You will follow merchandising and food safety protocols.
• You will support store managers with visual merchandising setup and other store-related projects.
