Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates is seeking a Seasonal Fulfillment Center Lineworker in Butler, MO. You will assemble and hand-pack orders, ensure quality, and support shipment loading while adhering to GMP and food safety standards.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm with potential overtime and is not eligible for benefits. A positive, safety-focused mindset helps you thrive in a climate-controlled, chocolate-filled plant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist and overhead.
• Capability to push/pull up to 100 lbs.
• 100% Walking and Standing during shift.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials to and from the work area and fulfill orders accurately.
• Assemble gift baskets, hand pack products, and customize orders.
• Ensure builds meet specifications and quality standards.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Operate a pallet jack and follow safety procedures.
• Support unloading and loading shipments in a timely manner.
• Adhere to GMP and food safety standards.
• Complete FSQA training and report any safety concerns.
• Contribute to Food Safety Culture and continuous improvement.
• Follow daily safety tips and wear protective gear.
