Seasonal Child Behavior Technician

Overview: The Child Behavior Technician provides a safe and effective clinic-based therapeutical and learning environment for children in accordance with the philosophy and mission of Behaven Kids. Seasonal May 2025 – August 2025.

Compensation:

  • $15 - $16 per hour
  • Health, dental and vision insurance (Full-time Employees).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe, structured learning environment.
  • Interact with children in a professional, positive manner.
  • Implement Behaven Kids model of care and curriculum.
  • Implement treatment goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, peers, and supervisor.
  • Update and maintain documentation and children’s records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be nineteen years of age.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Related field experience of 3 years in a preschool or daycare setting (Preferred).
  • Ability to work in an active environment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (Required).
  • An associate’s degree in early childhood education (Preferred).
