Eataly is seeking a part-time Cheesemonger/Salumi and Formaggi Artisan for the California market. This seasonal role involves assisting guests with cheese selections, weighing and packaging products, and maintaining attractive displays.

The position reports to the Fresh Market Manager and requires flexibility, weekend availability, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation ranges from USD 19 to USD 21 per hour, with benefits including paid time off, 401K with match, and employee

Formación

• Basic math skills required.
• Knowledge of cheese highly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assists guests with cheese selection and shares knowledge of products.
• Weighs, labels and packages products and completes food preparation.
• Ensures counter and display refrigerators are neat and accurately priced; informs when supplies are low.
• Merchandizes displays and rotates products per FIFO standards.
• Cleans work station thoroughly.
• Performs other duties as required.
