Job summary

Eataly Boston is seeking a Cheesemonger/Salumi and Formaggi Artisan to assist guests with cheese selections, weigh and package products, and maintain inviting displays in the cheese department. You will work a flexible schedule including weekends, lift up to 50 pounds, and uphold FIFO and neat workstations.

Training and benefits are provided, with opportunities to learn about Italian cheeses and participate in product classes.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and move for up to 8 hours

Responsibilities

• Assists guests with cheese selection and shares knowledge of products
• Weighs, labels and packages products and completes food preparation
• Merchandises displays and rotates products per FIFO standards
• Cleans work station thoroughly
• Performs other duties as required
