Dunelm Trafford is hiring a Sales Assistant for our self-serve tills on a seasonal basis through 13 February 2027. The role covers approximately 20 hours per week at £8.00–£12.71 per hour depending on age, with 18+ users earning £12.71 and 16–17-year-olds £8.00.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be customer obsessed – focusing on the customer experience and creating joyful moments.
• Deliver exceptional service to support high CSAT, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience.
• Serve customers at checkouts across various tills, handle purchases and returns (in-store and online).
• Oversee multiple self-service tills, ensure items scan correctly and tills stay clean and functional.
• Assist customers who bought via Click & Collect and support at the tills as needed.
