Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions, Inc is seeking a Seasonal CDL Delivery Driver to operate company trucks for local deliveries in Illinois. The role emphasizes safe handling of fertilizers and chemicals, accurate record-keeping, and timely customer service.

You will load, transport, and unload products, adhere to DOT medical requirements, and participate in routine vehicle maintenance. This is a seasonal, full-time position with opportunities for overtime and potential for future full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Driving experience preferred.
• Must have a driving record that meets company standards.
• Must meet Department of Transportation physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer orders safely and accurately.
• Complete and maintain records as required by company and government regulations.
• Pick up and deliver product to customers as needed.
• Load or assist in loading trailer with materials.
• Unload or assist in unloading trailer of bulk chemical and fertilizer at the facility, safely and efficiently by using forklift or hand truck.
• Keep abreast of dangers and hazards of products and take proper precautions.
• Able to perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Clean and conduct proper maintenance on equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
