Job summary

Nutrien is hiring a delivery driver at the Manlius, IL location. The role involves driving company trucks to fertilizer and sprayer orders, maintaining records, and delivering products to customers. You will load/unload materials, operate a forklift as needed, and follow safety guidelines.

Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driving record, and DOT/MED clearance. A CDL is required with hazmat preferred; lifting up to 50 lbs is needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required or equivalent.
• Valid driving record meeting company standards.
• Must meet DOT physical and medical requirements and pass substance screening.
• CDL is required; hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer orders, safely and accurately.
• Complete and maintain records as required by the company and government regulations.
• Pick up and deliver product to customers as needed.
• Load or assist in loading trailer with materials.
• Unload or assist in unloading trailer of bulk chemical and fertilizer using forklift or hand truck.
• Maintain awareness of product hazards and take proper precautions.
• Perform responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.
