PURPOSE AND SUMMARY

Operates and maintains single, tandem, or multi-axle trucks/trailers and forklifts for delivery/pick-up of agronomy/energy products, following specified schedules to/from company and customer locations to support profitable business growth.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Operate and maintain all assigned vehicles and equipment in accordance with safety standards and proper operation techniques.
• Perform daily safety checks, including pre-trip inspections, and follow preventative maintenance schedules.
• Load and unload trucks according to policies and DOT regulations.
• Ensure all deliveries, pickups, and documentation meet company standards.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

• Maintain company equipment and adhere to policies and professional standards.
• Follow GROWMARK’s Code of Conduct, Environmental Health and Safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Perform basic shop maintenance and other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL with endorsements, a valid medical card, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work extended hours as needed.
• Occasional exposure to extreme weather, dust, fumes, chemicals, electrical hazards, and working at heights; ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Participation in required training on company policies and safety procedures.
