Purpose and Summary: Operates and maintains single, tandem, or multi-axle trucks/trailers and forklifts for delivery/pick-up of agronomy/energy products, following specified schedules to/from company and customer locations to support profitable business growth.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Operates and maintains all assigned vehicles and equipment in accordance with safety standards and proper operation techniques.
  • Performs daily safety checks, conducts pre-trip inspections, and maintains vehicle cleanliness.
  • Loads and unloads trucks per company policies and DOT regulations.
  • Ensures all deliveries, pickups, and documentation are completed correctly.

Other Job Functions:

  • Maintains company equipment and adheres to policies, including the Uniform Policy and safety regulations.
  • Performs basic shop maintenance and other duties as assigned.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to obtain and maintain a CDL with endorsements, a valid medical card, and a good driving record. Ability to work extended hours as needed. Physical ability to work in various weather conditions and environments, including dust, fumes, and electrical hazards.
