Job summary

Nutrien is seeking a local delivery driver in Manlius, IL to transport fertilizer and related products to customers on a daily route. You will ensure safe operation, complete required records, and maintain equipment and vehicles. This full-time role offers steady hours with potential overtime during peak seasons.

The position requires DOT medical clearance, a valid driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Home nightly and local work are emphasized in the role.

Qualifications

Must have driving experience or be able to operate a heavy vehicle safely.
Must meet Department of Transportation physical and medical requirements.
Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer orders safely and accurately.
Complete and maintain records as required by company and government regulations.
Pick up and deliver product to customers as needed.
Load or assist in loading trailer with materials.
Unload or assist in unloading trailer of bulk chemical and fertilizer using forklift or hand truck.
Keep abreast of the hazards of products and take proper precautions.
Perform responsibilities safely and efficiently.
Other duties as assigned.
