SALARY RANGE: $18.00 - $23.00 / Hourly

PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT

Operates a truck (single, tandem, or multi-axle) for delivery and/or pick-up of agronomy and energy products, following scheduled routes to support profitable growth.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Operates all assigned vehicles in accordance with safety standards and proper techniques.
2. Performs daily safety checks and maintains a clean, professional vehicle appearance.
3. Loads and unloads materials safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and compliance with DOT regulations.
4. Ensures timely deliveries and pickups, providing excellent customer service.
5. Completes necessary documentation accurately and promptly.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Maintains equipment according to standards and adheres to policies and safety regulations.
2. Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent; up to 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Must have or obtain a CDL with required endorsements, a valid medical card, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to work extended hours and participate in training programs.
• Ability to lift 51-70 lbs and work in various weather and working conditions.
