This hands-on role blends driving six-wheeler dump trucks with operating excavation gear and performing hand excavation to prepare patios, driveways, walkways, and other outdoor living projects. The position requires a valid Class A CDL and DOT medical certification, with opportunities to operate Dingos, skid steers, and mini excavators.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and a satisfactory driving record.
• Current DOT medical certification is required.
• Experience with commercial truck driving and equipment is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to perform regular hand excavation and physical labor.
• Dependability, punctuality, and ability to follow directions and work with a crew.
• Must pass pre-employment DOT drug testing and background check.

Responsibilities

• Drive six-wheeler dump trucks and tow equipment trailers.
• Safely load, unload, and secure equipment using chains and binders.
• Operate Dingos, skid steers, and mini excavators for site work.
• Perform hand excavation and labor to prepare sites.
• Maintain site safety and follow utility markings.
• Complete daily inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Collaborate with the foreman and crew to finish projects safely.
